The individual sale, possession, or discharge of all fireworks is prohibited within the University of California, Irvine campus, including North Campus, and all leased space at off-campus sites.

This policy does not apply to public displays of fireworks/pyrotechnics conducted by licensed fireworks/pyrotechnics operators who have obtained a permit from Environmental Health & Safety's (EH&S) Fire Safety Division.
