Re: Delegation of Authority - Approve the Expenditure of Allocated University Funds

For purposes of the commitment and expenditure of funds, you are delegated the same authorities and responsibilities given to managers of administrative units in IDA006, July 21, 1995.

This authority may be redelegated by using the Signature Authorization (Form 242) or other available methods, provided that:

1) Redelegation of this authority shall not be in conflict with any other delegation of authority or with University or campus regulations; and

2) Further redelegation of this authority is to the appropriate number and level of responsible, accountable individuals required for efficient operations.

This delegation supersedes my August 1, 1998 delegation of authority on the same subject (IDA263).
